These Terms of Service govern your use of raylinkrfid.com (the “Website”), operated by Shenzhen Guangruida Intelligence Technology Co., LTD. (“Raylink RFID”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these terms.

The Website provides general information about our UHF RFID products and solutions, including readers, modules, antennas, tags and printers. Product descriptions, images, parameters and application examples are provided for reference and may be updated without notice.

Website content, including any stated performance values, does not constitute a binding offer or a warranty of results for a specific project. Actual RFID read range and system performance depend on the tag, object, environment, frequency configuration and installation, and are confirmed project by project. A contract is formed only through our written quotation and order confirmation.

• Information you submit through forms, email or WhatsApp must be accurate and lawful.
• Do not send passwords, access credentials, production-system secrets or any information you are not authorized to share.
• We may use your contact details to respond to your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
